How do I create a payment link?

Sign up, complete bank setup, then go to Create Link. Enter the amount and description — Wavy generates a shareable URL instantly.

Why do I need bank setup?

We settle payments directly to your Nigerian bank account via Flutterwave. Bank setup links your account so funds can reach you after each successful payment.

Who pays the processing fee?

By default, the customer pays the Wavy fee at checkout. You receive the full amount you set on the link.

How long does settlement take?

Settlement timing depends on Flutterwave and your bank. Most payments are confirmed within minutes; bank credits typically follow within 1–2 business days.

My payment failed — what should I do?

Check your receipt reference number. If you were charged but the payment shows as failed, contact us with your transaction reference and we'll investigate.
